Share Your Writing for Social Change
Be an agent of social change! Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute (PPGJLI) is sponsoring the Writing For Social Change Competition. Manuscripts should focus on the topic of cultural preservation for inclusion in the anthology. The competition has two categories: fiction and nonfiction. Essays of fiction should be 500-1,000 words in length; nonfiction essays are 1,000-1,200 words in length.

Guidelines/Requirements:
Authors must be over 18, a Minnesota resident, and of African American heritage.

Winners:
Four winners will each receive a $1,500 cash prize and 10 copies of their published book.
